About Rowland

After enjoying a successful career in Education as a Teacher, Administrator, Independent Educational Consultant (IT and Special Ed), UK HM Government Inspector and Property Developer, Rowland diversified into Condominium Management, Real Estate Brokerage Management and Hotel Management when he and Jan moved to the Turks and Caicos Islands, accompanied by 4 suitcases!

Rowland now enjoys living and working in the Turks and Caicos Islands as a Real Estate Agent and just loves introducing people to the lifestyle and beauties of the Turks and Caicos Islands.

Professionally qualified with both IT and Education specialisms, Rowland has adapted well to the role of Real Estate Agent, where good personal communications are the key.

Rowland brings a wide experience of customer support, quality control and communication skills. Rowland endeavors to help all clients reach their dream of owning and selling property and enjoying the lifestyle of our wonderful Turks and Caicos Islands.

About Howard

Howard has always loved tropical islands. The first time he visited North Caicos, he knew it was a place to return to.

Many years before that time, Howard spent his teen years in the Florida Keys. He attended the University of Miami in Florida. Later, he joined the military and served 5 years in the US Navy before returning to the Florida Keys. At that time, the Keys were uncrowded, the fishing was incredible, and the water was pristine.

Tourists were starting to visit the Keys in increasing numbers. Howard obtained the concession rights in John Pennecamp State Park to offer sailboat rentals. During his years in the Florida Keys he learned the craft of boat building. He sailed one of his boats throughout the Bahamas, exploring the Caribbean islands. Another boat he built was used for ocean charter fishing and later hired to be the Manta IV in the movie "Cocoon, The Return".

During the 1990's, Howard was the captain on a 45' private sports fishing boat. He was also an owner of the Skipper Lure Company which produced a flying fish, effective in hooking dolphin, sailfish, and marlin.

Howard's experience as a realtor began in Florida. He studied for and passed the Real Estate Agent's exam. Then worked as a realtor in Key Largo for a time before moving to Turks and Caicos Islands in 1997. He was drawn back to North Caicos. The beauty of the islands and their surrounding seas reminded him of the early Florida Keys. He believes North and Middle Caicos are still the islands to see and explore if you are looking for a place with great natural beauty and a laidback lifestyle. A place where you can "step back in time", islands that are still quiet and uncrowded.

About Ossie

Oswald (Ossie) was born and grew up in the tiny island communities of Salt Cay in the days marking the end of the Salt Raking era and is proud of his heritage. Attended High School in Grand Turk and was a well known member of that community as a teacher and banker in the 60’s and 70’s. He moved to Providenciales in the early 80’s when development commenced here.

Ossie is a retired banker of approx 27 years having worked in several islands of the Bahamas, Turks and Caicos, in Belize and Barbados. During the seven years of his entire life spent abroad he became a real estate sales person and Broker in South Florida in the late 80’s and now offers his clients the combined knowledge and skills of both disciplines.

Ossie is the owner and Broker of Agua Atlantic Realty. He is also a small businessman and entrepreneur with several businesses including Caicos Coin Laundry operating from his location at 46A@46B on Airport Road Providenciales. He also currently holds directorships on two Government statutory bodies.
