Prior to investing in Turks and Caicos Islands in 2004, I spent thirty years building a portfolio of real estate both in the USA and England, whilst working full time in education in Bermuda and England.

I am proud to have accomplished successful real estate returns allowing me now to invest here and pursue my passion for real estate fulltime in the beautiful Turks and Caicos Islands.

I have built up a large network of contacts internationally, many of whom have become friends over the years and who have purchased property here.

I believe what sets me apart is my ability to identify and empathize with buyers and sellers' needs, having experienced both situations many times.

About Us

I am no stranger to the real estate industry of the Turks and Caicos Islands.

I have lived in the TCI for seven years and was General Manager for Turks and Caicos Sotheby's International Realty, being its Broker's Representative in the Turks & Caicos Real Estate Association(TCREA).

Prior to my tenure with Sotheby's, I was General Manager for The Yacht Club Condominium Development in Providenciales and afterwards, became the Strata and Owner Relations Manager for the Veranda - Turks and Caicos.

I have developed immense international experience through many years working and living in Bermuda and the UK.

I hold advanced professional qualifications in Education and Management and am an investor in Real Estate in the Turks and Caicos Islands.
